The Bürgenstock Alpine Spa covers 10,000 m2 and includes an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and one infinity-edge pool that overlooks Lake Lucerne. The spa has 15 treatment rooms, 3 private spa rooms, a steam room, hammam, and a fully equipped fitness center with a personal trainer on site. Guests can also use the spa lounge, solarium, and book packages that include body treatments, facials, and massages.

The Buergenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa offers Heritage and Contemporary room categories, each with lake or mountain views, and some with private terraces. Each room is uniquely designed in style, décor, and configuration, and includes a bathtub with a view, fireplace in select suites, and soundproof windows. The rooms also provide air conditioning, a safety deposit box, and a minibar.

Location & Access

Bürgenstock Luzern sits 500 meters above Lake Lucerne in the canton of Nidwalden, reachable by the Bürgenstock funicular from the lake pier or by car. The hotel provides a free shuttle boat to Lucerne and free use of the funicular for guests. Nearby attractions include the Hammetschwand Lift, Europe's highest outdoor lift, and the Bürgenstock mountain trails for hiking and cycling.

The resort has 4 restaurants, including Spices Kitchen & Terrace with Japanese, Indian, Chinese, and Thai kitchens, and the Oak Room for Swiss cuisine. Guests can also dine at the lobby bar, which serves snacks and a full menu, and the Verbena restaurant for breakfast.
